Visit to 12th century Mahadev Temple at Tambdi Surla.
Excursion to Tropical Spice Plantation to explore eco-certified organic plantation.

ITINERARY

DAY1: ARRIVE GOA & VISIT WORLD HERITAGE MONUMENTS

Pick up by taxi from Airport/railway station/bus stand by non AC taxi and check-in at Old Goa Residency.

Self exploring walking tour to surrounding places of UNESCO World Heritage site of Heritage monuments, churches at Old Goa which include the Basilica of Bom Jesus wherein lie the mortal remains of St Francis Xavier, on to the magnificent Se Cathedral, which houses the famous Golden Bell and many more by using the site Map.

Visit to Wax Museum and Christian Art Museum at Old Goa.

1 hour River Cruise (2 tickets) and transport cost to jetty to be borne by guests.
Back to Old Goa Residency.

DAY 2 : DUDHSAGAR WATERFALL & 12th CENTURY MAHADEV TEMPLE

Breakfast at Old Goa Residency and check out 9.00 am.

By vehicle proceed to check in at Farmagudi Residency at 9.45am.

Depart to Dudhsagar waterfalls at 10.00 am

Visit to ‘The Sea of Milk’ or ‘Dudhsagar Waterfall’, India’s 5th highest waterfall and 227th in the world at 310 m. This waterfall is located amongst lush green surroundings of the forests of Western Ghats.
Enjoy buffet lunch at Dudhsagar Resort, Mollem.

Visit to one on the most ancient 12th Century Mahadev Temple at Tambdi Surla. Dedicated to Lord Shiva which was built in the 12th century and is the lone survivor of the Muslim / Portuguese campaign which destroyed all other Hindu temples in Goa.

Drop back to Farmagudi Residency.

You can also enjoy a walking stroll to16th century Safa Masjid, Shivaji Fort and Nagueshi Temple all within walking distance of Farmagudi Residency.

DAY 3: EXOTIC TROPICAL SPICE PLANTATION & ELEPHANT RIDE

Breakfast at Farmagudi Residency and depart hotel at 9.15 am by vehicle.

Floral welcome at Tropical Spice Plantation and take a refreshing walk around the plantation, regaling you with information on various spices and their medicinal values by a trained guide Enjoy a buffet lunch at spice farm in traditional Goan Earthen pots.

Clamber up for an elephant ride through the trees and grab the chance to wash these lumbering, loveable giants.

Visit Shri Shantadurga Temple at Kavlem and Shri Manguesh Temple, two of the most revered patron deities of the Hindu Goud Saraswat Brahmin community are located in Kavlem and Mangeshi respectively in the Ponda district of North Goa.
Drop back at Farmagudi residency.

DAY 4: DEPATURE

Breakfast at Farmagudi residency
Drop at the airport/railway station/bus stand (before 12 noon).

The Package is not applicable for Peak season.
Entry fees wherever applicable to be borne by guest.
1 Hour river cruise can be replaced by dinner cruise by paying difference of Rs300/- per head. (Wed & Saturdays only).
Transport for River Cruise on Day 1 to be borne by guest who wants to avail it.
Extra person will be provided with mattress.
